Appointment Policy

Cancellations, No-Shows & Fees
To reserve weekday bridal appointments or any evening wear appointment, a valid credit card is required.
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
- A $75 fee will apply for no-shows or late cancellations
- Appointments are non-transferable (for example, a bridal appointment cannot be changed to a mother-of, bridesmaid, accessory, or menswear appointment)
Weeknight / Weekend / Holiday Bridal Appointments
A $50 appointment fee is required at booking. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, but will be applied toward the purchase of your bridal gown during your first appointment.
Food & Drink
To help us care for our gowns and merchandise, outside food and drinks (other than water) are not permitted.
Merchandise & Floor Safety
To ensure a seamless, safe, and personalized experience, your stylist will guide you through the salon and handle all gowns and merchandise. This allows us to preserve our pieces, keep the focus on you, and ensure everyone’s safety throughout the appointment.
Your stylist is an attentive listener and will happily bring additional options based on your feedback, so you and your guests can truly relax and enjoy the experience!
